Assessment of the effectiveness of surgical methods for treating chronic tonsillitis

In practice, every practicing otolaryngologist regularly encounters chronic tonsillitis in the daily routine of practice. Despite the presence of preventive and therapeutic standards, and the constant modernization of conservative and surgical treatment methods, chemotherapy remains an important problem, both epidemiologically and socially relevant, since complications of this pathology worsen the quality of life throughout its entire duration. A timely correct approach to choosing treatment and reducing complications is the main task of otorhinolaryngology.
