Abstract

This work analyzes the results of biochemical studies of patients with sensorineural hearing loss who suffered an asymptomatic or mild form of coronavirus infection. 64 patients with sensorineural hearing loss (SNHL) that arose after coronavirus infection were examined and treated; the age of the patients ranged from 20 to 60 years (average age 21, 7±1.7 years), predominantly young people of working age from 30 to 50 years old To assess the state of the vascular endothelium in patients with SNHL who have had coronavirus infection in the dynamics of treatment, the following was carried out: determination of the anticoagulant activity of the vascular endothelium; determination of fibrinolytic activity of the vascular endothelium; determination of the content of endothelin I in blood serum; determination of homocysteine content in blood s SNHL who suffered from COVID-19 against the background of a cytokine storm and various methods of pharmacotherapy, there is an increase in the content a decrease in markers of endothelial dysfunction, which is associated with a direct dependence on the clinical manifestations of microcirculation disorders, especially when combined with arterial hypertension.
