Abstract

The aim of this study was to evaluation of the effectiveness of cochlear implantation in children of school age. Material and methods of research: 32 school-age children who were hospitalized for cochlear implantation were examined. Results: The study showed that in children with hearing loss, the quality of life decreases, negative influences of others are noted, in connection with this, cochlear implantation improves the quality of life.
