Despite the presence of preventive and therapeutic standards, and the constant modernization of conservative and surgical treatment methods, chemotherapy remains an important problem, both epidemiologically and socially relevant, since complications of this pathology worsen the quality of life throughout its entire duration. A timely correct approach to choosing treatment and reducing complications is the main task of otorhinolaryngology.
Z.D. Egamberdieva F.B. Nurmukhamedova S.S. The mildest degree of defect is hidden clefts located only within the muscular layer of the soft palate or the bone tissue of the hard palate with a well-developed mucosal layer. Children with congenital cleft lip and palate (CCLP) have a higher incidence of otorhinolaryngological diseases compared to healthy children. In this regard, this work conducted a clinical and functional study of the structures of the nasal cavity and paranasal sinuses among children with congenital cleft lip and palate, as well as in children without congenital anomalies of the maxillofacial region. The research results showed that in 95.2% of cases there is a curvature of the nasal septum accompanied by hyperplasia of the inferior turbinates in children with congenital cleft lip and palate, while in children without congenital anomalies of the maxillofacial area - 29%. In the absence of pronounced differences between the paranasal sinuses of patients with CCLP and healthy children and the degree of pneumatization of the paranasal sinuses corresponded to the age of the child in both groups, in patients with CCLP there was increased pneumatization of the anterior end of the middle turbinate.
N.E. Considering that the pharyngeal tonsil has only been thoroughly studied in the last 200 years, we can say that we have made great strides. Previously, the pathology of the pharyngeal tonsil was either not studied or was not paid attention to. But over the years, with the development of research methods, we obtain new data. In this regard, the incidence rate has reached its peak in recent years, which is associated with the introduction and availability of endoscopic methods in ENT practice. This even shattered the previously thought that the pharyngeal tonsil undergoes involution with age. And it showed that adults can also have pharyngeal tonsils, and the incidence is slightly higher than previously thought. It is also due to the similarity of complaints and is associated with other nasal diseases. Hypertrophy of the pharyngeal tonsil in adults has been studied superficially, which requires additional research and work in this area.
F.Kh. Agzamkhodzhaev S.S. The purpose of this review is to compare the results of various methods of treating vasomotor rhinitis. The review material consisted of scientific publications over the past 10 years, published in the international databases E-library, Scopus and Web of Science. Thus, the conclusion follows that treatment of vasomotor rhinitis should be carried out on the basis of the etiopathogenetic factor and requires an individual approach to surgical interventions.
U.N. The purpose of this review is to study various methods of conservative and surgical treatment of lacrimal duct obstruction. The review material consisted of scientific publications over the past 10 years, published in the international databases E-library, Scopus and Web of Science. Thus, it can be concluded that endoscopic dacryocystorhinostomy is the most effective method of treating obstruction of the lacrimal ducts.
U.S. Khasanov J.M. The technique of radiofrequency ablation surgery and its effectiveness in the treatment of facial pain are presented. Complex treatment of patients with trigeminal neuralgia, accompanied by facial pain, must be carried out on the basis of a multidisciplinary approach with the active assistance of a dentist and anesthesiologist with the joint implementation of regional analgesia and radiofrequency ablation methods as basic therapy.
A.A. From year to year, the incidence of CRS does not tend to decrease, but rather increases slightly. The incidence of CRS varies within the pediatric population within 1-2% and depends on gender and age. In young children, the disease is more asymptomatic. At the same time, CRS is detected in patients with recurrent infection of ENT organs. Untreated CRS ultimately results in irreversible changes. In this regard, the question of the need to adjust the TMR disappears by itself. With the improvement of the instrumental base, questions arise in parallel about tactical approaches to treatment, methods and techniques for using minimally invasive technologies. In addition to studying your own results, it is very important to be informed about international experience.
M.B. Shodiyeva U.I. Nurov Copyright (c) 2024 2024-03-28 2024-03-28 3 57 61
