Abstract

Currently, the problem of dental diseases in children is relevant. Many works of national and foreign
authors are devoted to caries and its complications, periodontal diseases, methods of their treatment and prevention.
As is known, in conditions of intensive chemicalization of agriculture and significant industrial development, there is a
decrease in the immunobiological reactivity and protective mechanisms of the body of children, as the most vulnerable
contingent of the population, which contributes to the exacerbation of chronic diseases, the development of relapses,
serves as a risk factor in the formation of various diseases, including dental.
