VEGF при различных форм хронического полипозного риносинусита

Целью исследования явилось изучение VEGF при иммуногистохимии различных форм хронического полипозного риносинусита. Нами были исследованы 45 больных хроническим полипозным риносинуситом за 2013 год, которым проводилось оперативное вмешательство с последующим морфологическим и иммуногистохимическим исследованием макропрепарата. Исследование показало, что в полипах больных с «нейтрофильным» полипозным риносинуситом отмечается более выраженная активация VEGF, чем в полипах больных с «эозинофильным» полипозным риносинуситом.
