Цель обзора — систематизация имеющейся в литературе информации по этиологии, патогенезу, диагностике и лечению экссудативного среднего отита (ЭСО) у детей. Освещены основные тенденции в вопросах этиологии, диагностики и лечения ЭСО у детей по данным отечественной и зарубежной литературы. Описываются терапевтические и хирургические методы лечения ЭСО.
