For successful treatment of cleft lip and palate, it is necessary to predict the expected results and a clear plan for the various stages. From the birth of a child to the age of 14-16, a multi-stage treatment is carried out with the participation of a large number of specialists. The development and growth of the craniofacial region in children with CCLP is a hot topic in surgical procedures. Evaluation of the development of the child's craniofacial region can be useful for the theoretical and methodological development and improvement of morphological methods of reconstruction in medicine, argumentation of new concepts for the prevention and treatment of dentoalveolar anomalies.
