Abstract

The aim of the study was to improve the efficiency of diagnosis and treatment of patients with chronic paralytic stenosis of the larynx. The material of the study was 60 patients with chronic paralytic stenosis of the larynx, examined in 2017-2021. in the department of otorhinolaryngology of the multidisciplinary clinic of the Tashkent Medical Academy. The results of the study showed that the developed criteria for determining the reasonable size of laser resections for paralytic stenosis of the larynx can achieve the expected results of surgical treatment in patients with different sizes of the vocal folds before surgery.
