Abstract

The aim of this review is to study the incidence and treatment methods of patients with unilateral cleft of the upper lips. PubMed, Scopus and Google Scholar over the past 10 years. Thus, the review has shown that an increase in the frequency of congenital unilateral discrepancies, the severity of their consequences, as well as a low efficiency of both primary and secondary reconstructive surgical interventions. Medical rehabilitation of patients with congenital unilateral cleft is a surgical method of treatment that requires further development.
