Тадқиқотнинг мақсади ўткир риносинусит бўлган беморларни муколитик дориларни танлаб қўллаш орқали комплекс даволашни такомиллаштиш ҳисобланади. Тадқиқот доирасида ўткир риносинусит билан касалланган 110 нафар беморлар комплекс клиник-функционал, инструментал текширувдан ўтказилди. Тадқиқот шуни кўрсатдики, ўткир синусит бўлган беморларда ажралманинг ва бурун шиллиқ қавати транспорт функциясининг ҳолати бўйича, яъни транспорт функцияси кескин пасайган шаклда муколитик-кинетиклар, транспорт функцияси бироз пасайиб ажралма суюқ бўлган шаклда мукорегуляторлар ва транспорт функцияси бироз пасайиб ажралма қуюқ шаклда муколитик-тиолитиклар тавсия этилади.
