Качество жизни у больных с хроническим полипозным риносинуситом

Одной из наиболее сложных форм хронического риносинусита, как в плане клинического течения, так и в плане лечения, является хронический полипозный риносинусит. Целью исследования явилось изучение роли оценки качества жизни больных с различными формами хронического полипозного риносинусита использованием опросника SNOT 20. Нами исследованы 150 пациентов, находившихся на стационарном лечении в ЛОР отделении 3 клиники Ташкентской медицинской академии. Исследование показало, что у больных с “эозинофильными” полипами по сравнению с “нейтрофильными” полипами значительно снижается качества жизни, которое связано с распространённым течением полипозного процесса.
